The signature tree by #10 tees was treated today for preventing a disease called anthracnose (grass can get that too and it's as bad as it sounds). The arborist thinks the tree is close to 250 years old.
The gold tee on #16 is now ready for use, thanks for being patient while we established turf on the hill side leading up to that tee.
The greens will be very lightly top dressed tomorrow, due to the weather forecast for Sunday and Memorial Day we will have to skip the verticutting.
Stump grinding should get started sometime next week and they will begin grinding on holes #6 or #17.
